Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the
impact of community initiatives, programs, or projects and providing feedback

Developing Training Programs: Designing and developing
training programs that cover advanced sewing machine operation techniques,
including machine setup, stitching techniques, and troubleshooting.
Delivering Training: Conducting training sessions, workshops,

Hands-on Training: Providing hands-on training to

Video editing & Graphics design: The Video Editing & Graphic Design Trainer is responsible for training students or professionals in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design tools and techniques. The trainer will deliver hands-on sessions, create practical assignments, and guide learners to develop creative visual content for digital platforms.
Counselor: Career Guidance and Counseling: Assess trainees' interests, skills, and career aspirations. Provide individual and group counseling sessions to help trainees choose suitable skill development courses. Assist trainees in setting realistic career goals and developing action plans.
Psychosocial Support: Identify and address personal, social, or psychological issues affecting trainees' performance and well-being. Provide emotional support and counseling to help trainees cope with stress, anxiety, and other challenges. Refer trainees to appropriate mental health professionals or social services when necessary.
Workshops and Seminars: Organize and conduct workshops on topics such as stress management, communication skills, and job readiness. Facilitate sessions on life skills and soft skills development.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor the progress and performance of trainees throughout the training program. Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and trainee progress. Provide regular reports on the counseling activities and outcomes to the project management team.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with trainers, project coordinators, and other staff to ensure a holistic approach to trainee development. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall planning and implementation of the project.
Outreach and Engagement: Engage with trainees' families to provide support and ensure a conducive learning environment. Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about the counseling services available within the project
